Raised in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, Chef Angel developed a passion for the culinary arts at an early age. She went on to earn her culinary education at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa, where she graduated at the top of her class—a testament to her exceptional talent, discipline, and dedication to the craft.

Chef Angel currently serves as the Executive Chef of LASORA, an acclaimed multi-course fine dining restaurant in the heart of Quezon City. Renowned for her refined approach to modern cuisine, she expertly combines premium ingredients with classic French culinary techniques, creating sophisticated dining experiences that are both innovative and memorable.

As Chief Culinary Officer, Chef Angel will lead the company’s culinary vision, overseeing menu development, product innovation, quality standards, and the continued elevation of our dining experience. Her international training, commitment to excellence, and passion for culinary artistry make her an invaluable addition to our leadership team.
